Xavier and Matthew provided excellent customer service. They were very busy when I pulled in with my VW Atlas but the guys made sure I was ok. Even gave me a cold water while I waited. Xavier and Matthew checked and double checked not just my oil but my fluids and even air pressure. These guys are great. Come check them out. God Bless you guys and Thank you

Prior to my oil change, I informed the service representative that I was on my lunch break. He assured me that the service would be brief, so I proceeded with the oil change. During the service, I observed the technicians frequently consulting with each other. At this point, it was too late to halt the service as the old oil had already been drained from my vehicle. I reiterated multiple times that I needed to return to work promptly, yet the service continued at a leisurely pace. Matthew, one of the technicians, appeared to be experiencing difficulties opening the individual oil containers. Consequently, the oil change, which I was led to believe would take approximately 10 minutes, extended to nearly 30 minutes, causing me to be late returning to work. I'll stick to making an appointment and having my car serviced at the dealership. I hope my oil change was completed correctly.

Edit: had to take my car into the shop bc the oil was overfilled and now leaking onto my plugs. Ik that the leak isn't their fault but, im sure the over fill contributed. -Just trash. Idk if the crew was new or just not with it. But, I was told that the only oil that was available that my car took was the most expensive. ok fine whatever, but then when reading my receipt that wasn't the same type that was ultimately put in my car and yet i believe i was still charged the same amount. The attendant checked off many things on the list that he absolutely did not do. Never checked my cabin air filer. Never cleaned the window. Never checked the other fluids. Never showed me the before and after of what my oil looked like, only kinda showed me that my oil was now at the correct level. Never said anything about my oil being at a very low level. ( I had checked it a couple of days before). I understand that convivence doesn't come with a lot of things that you would get from dropping the car off at a regular shop, but still he didn't do many things that were on the list that he said he did. Plus i absolutely got over charged based on what the attendant originally told me vs what was actual

We drive up clueless, Dominic greeted us with water bottles Matthew guided us into the ramp thing car was checked for oil while Matthew looked up or created an account. The process was smooth the price was reasonable and discount worked perfectly. 10/10 recommend. Will return the team work is immaculate loved it

I had a great experience at 5 Minute Oil Change thanks to Lincoln. He was friendly, courteous, and very professional while checking the tire pressure on my 2026 Toyota Prius. The service was quick, efficient, and made me feel well taken care of. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would highly recommend Lincoln and this location to anyone.
